Wellford board denies rezoning request

The City of Wellford recently denied a commercial rezoning request, citing a lack of planning by the developer.
Wellford resident Jason Garrett requested to change the zoning of property on Carver and Gosnell from R-1, Residential, to C-2, Planned Neighborhood.
