Wellford Council swears in two familiar faces

Two Wellford Council members have been sworn in following an uncontested election.
Sherry Santana began her second consecutive term in office while Wymond Wilkins started his fourth term.
Wilkins served on council from 1999 to 2007, and again beginning in 2013.
