Wellford recognizes Harrison

Wellford Mayor Patricia Watson recently recognized Helen Harrison as the town’s Citizen of the Year for 2017.
Watson gave Harrison flowers and a certificate of appreciation for her beautification work on the gazebo and with Christmas lights.
“She’s done a marvelous job, and she’s going to do more,” Mayor Watson said.
