Williams named Greer CPW board chairman

Perry Williams was named chairman of the Greer Commission of Public Works (CPW) Board of Commissioners at a meeting on Monday. Williams replaces Jeff Howell, who served as chairman since 2014. Williams was first elected to the Board in 2009 and served as chairman from 2011 through 2012.
