Annie Sue Sloan

Annie Sue Sloan, age 80, resident of Fairhope, AL, passed away Sunday, January 12, 2020.

Sue was a former resident of Walhalla, SC and a longtime resident of Keowee Keys, SC. She was employed by Clemson University for several years and was an avid South Carolina Clemson Tigers fan.

She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Sam Sloan of Fairhope; daughter, Debra (Danny) Nelson of Boiling Springs, SC; sons, Dan (Stacy) Sloan of Fairhope, Ronnie (Jody) Sloan of Manteo, SC; sister, Elaine Phillips of Atlanta, GA; eight grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; other loving relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Sue’s life will be held Friday, January 17, 2020 at 2:00 pm from the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Alzheimer’s Association or a charity of your choice.
