Edward Sanders

William Edward Sanders, 97, widower of Bonnie Kate Morgan Sanders, passed away on March 11, 2018.

A native of Seneca, son of the late Morris and Maude Winkler Sanders, he was a retired employee of Commission of Public Works, a U.S. Army WWII Veteran and of the Baptist faith.

Surviving are one sister, Ruth Vickery, of Delray Beach, Florida, and one grandson, Jamie Sanders (Angela).

Mr. Sanders was predeceased by one son, Darrell Gene Sanders, and two brothers, Billy Joe Sanders and J.B. Sanders.

Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 15, 2018 at Hillcrest Memory Gardens, conducted by Rev. Keith Kelly.

Visitation will be held 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at The Wood Mortuary.
