Elizabeth Justice Blessitt
Elizabeth Justice Blessitt, 68, of Peachtree City passed away on August 28, 2020. She was born in Greer, South Carolina, on March 27, 1952, to Doris and Richard Justice.
Elizabeth is survived by her husband of 24 years, Jim Blessitt; daughters, Rachel and Shane Smith, Anne Adamson, and Leah and Ethan Egerdahl; son, Kevin and Amy Blessitt; mother, Doris and Jimmie Sentell; father, Richard and Kim Justice; sister, Lynne and Phillip Guthrie; brother, Rick and LeAnne Justice; grandchildren, Shane, Courtney, Brady, Maddie and Wren; great-grandchildren, Gracie, Abby, Easton, and Braden; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Elizabeth was a member of the local Theta Theta chapter of Beta Sigma Phi sorority. She worked with a local sewing group and dedicated the last six months to making and donating masks for the community. She enjoyed making clothes, hats, and quilts in her sewing room for her family and friends. She was a beloved wife, a loving mother, proud Gigi, extra proud great Gigi, and a friend to many. She loved children and brought joy and happiness to many souls through her journey. She will be greatly missed.
The family will receive relatives and friends on Monday, August 31, 2020, at the Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home in Peachtree City, 4-7 p.m.
