Harry Avery Parker, Jr.

Harry Avery Parker, Jr., 67, passed away September 19, 2017.

A native of Greer, South Carolina, Avery was a special person and was loved by all that knew him. He was predeceased by his parents, Harry Avery Parker Sr. and Virginia Smith Parker of Greer.

He is survived by one sister, Phyllis Parker Stone of Charlotte; nephew, Christopher Phillip Stone and his wife, Ansley of Charlotte, North Carolina; three nieces, Cynthia Stone Westbrook and her husband, Brian of Waxhaw, North Carolina, Jennifer Stone Wallin and Anna Carey Stone, both of Charlotte; grand-nephew, Parker Christopher Stone, and two grand-nieces, Sara Peyton Stone and Ashley Parker Westbrook.

A graveside service celebrating the life of Avery will be held on Saturday, October 7, 2017 at 1 p.m. at Mountain View Cemetery, North Avenue, Greer, SC 29650, officiated by Pastor Craig Arnold Langston.
