June W. Melton

June White Melton, 85, of Greer, widow of Lynwood “Woodie” G. Melton, passed away January 24, 2020.

A native of Anderson, daughter of the late Herman Leroy and Lonnie Humphries White, she was a retired employee of Springs Industries and a member and former secretary of Memorial United Methodist Church.

Surviving are a daughter, Elizabeth “Beth” M. Roberts of Greer; two grandchildren, Lindsay Elizabeth Roberts (Christopher Lindsey) and Michael Scott Roberts (Savannah); and two great-grandchildren, Jeremiah and Cheyenne.

Graveside services will be held 3 p.m. Sunday, February 2, 2020 at Hillcrest Memory Gardens, conducted by Rev. Gene Aiken.

Visitation will be held 1:30-2:30 p.m. Sunday, February 2, 2020 at The Wood Mortuary.

The family is at the home.
