A Greer man is dead after being hit by an oncoming car on Wade Hampton Boulevard in Taylors last week.
Authorities say 24-year-old Steven Wayne Kiser Jr. was walking in the northbound lane of Highway 29 near Reid School Road when he was struck at around 8:15 p.m. on Monday.
