Man left dead at hospital

Authorities are investigating the “suspicious death” of 20-year-old Armani Laquell Wilson, who was dropped off at Greer Memorial Hospital last Saturday.
The Greenville County Coroner’s Office said Wilson was left at the emergency room by an unidentified male and female, who did not stay at the hospital or identify themselves.
