Police have arrested a man they say fatally shot 39-year-old Adam Vasquez at the Speedwash Laundromat on Halloween night.
Kevin Choice, also known as Calvin Choice, is facing charges of murder, criminal conspiracy and possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime.
