Traffic stop in Wellford leads to arrest on I-85

A man has been arrested on Kidnapping charges in Wellford.
According to a report by Chief David Green with the Wellford Police Department, on Dec. 4, a Wellford police officer conducted a traffic stop on I-85 South at mile marker 67.
