Family members of a man fatally shot by deputies are filing a wrongful death lawsuit against the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office.
The suit cites the office and Sheriff Steve Loftis as defendants in a case, in which Charles Edward Rosemond, Sr., 56, was killed by deputy gunfire.
