A “Souper Bowl” supper is on the calendar for the seniors in the CLC at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 25.
Soup/Stews and cornbread are on the menu for this meal.
The senior adults will go bowling in the CLC.
Prayer Breakfast on Monday, Jan. 8
A Pastor’s Prayer Breakfast is set for Monday, Jan. 8, at 8 a.m. at the Three Rivers Baptist Association (TRBA) Mission Center.

After 103 years in the same location, New Hope Baptist Church is making a move. Currently located at 561 Gilliam Road, just off of Hwy. 80, the church is outgrowing its location and will be moving to 1290 Valentine Lane behind D&D Motors on Wade Hampton Blvd.
El Bethel will hold Live Nativity 2017
El Bethel Baptist Church, located at 313 Jones Ave., Greer, will be holding a Live Nativity Presentation on Saturday, Dec. 9, at 6 p.m., 6:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. and on Sunday, Dec. 10, at 6 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.
Christmas Concert coming Saturday, Dec. 2
The Gap Creek Singers are bringing in the holiday season with their annual Christmas Concert, set for Dec. 2.
The group will perform on Saturday at 7 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church, located at 100 School Street in Greer, with a combination of both sacred and secular.

Yard & Fish Plate Sale
At Bethel UMC on Nov. 18
Bethel United Methodist Church is hosting a Yard and Fish Plate Sale on Saturday, Nov. 18, at 106 Arlington Ave., Greer.
The yard sale will take place from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. with the fish plate sale from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Blue Ridge Baptist
To host bazaar
Blue Ridge Baptist Church will host the annual church bazaar on Saturday, Nov. 11, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Come and visit for morning coffee and biscuits. Also, shop the country store for old time home canned goods and a fantastic bake sale.
