June Calendar for
Trinity Bible Church
Trinity Bible Church is hosting a Community Fun Day from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. June 3 at the church, located at 205 North Suber Road in Greer.
Vacation Bible School “Operation Arctic” is from June 12-16 each night from 6:15-8:30 p.m. at the church.

VBS at Milford Baptist
Milford Baptist Church, located at 1282 Milford Church Road in Greer, will host a week long Vacation Bible School beginning June 4.
The event will go from 5-7 p.m. nightly and will kickoff with early registration, car show, free hot dogs, and inflatables.

Abner Creek Baptist Church is partnering with the Foothills Antique Power Association to host its 27th Annual Power from the Past Antique Engine/Tractor Show and Swap Meet.
The event is scheduled for this Saturday, May 20, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the church.

The Gap Creek Singers return to the stage this Saturday (May 20), as the group gets set to perform its annual Cabaret Dinner Theatre at First Presbyterian Church in Greer.

‘Golden Hearts’ events

As part of the National Day of Prayer on Thursday, May 4, Potential Church hosted its first Lunch for Heroes to honor first responders, teachers, and principals from Lyman, Duncan and Wellford.

Registration is opening on May 14 for Springwell Church’s fifth annual Allstar Sports Camp to be held June 11-15 from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The camp is for kids ages five through fifth grade.

When Kris Hamacek was laid off from her job as a designer in the textile industry about eight years ago, she never imagined how her career and life would change.
Struggling to make ends meet and determined to keep her children at Calvary Christian School in Greer, Hamacek went to the school to find a way she could work out tuition.
