The Byrnes football team took some time last Thursday to help those who are suffering in the Philippines due to the tragic effects of Typhoon Haiyan. Players and coaches wrote letters of encouragement to victims and sent toiletries and towels along with a football and a “Rise Up” t-shirt to a group of victims affected by the storm.
