Eastside knocks off TR to improve to 2-1

The Eastside boys basketball team improved to 2-1 in the region last week, topping Travelers Rest 69-58 at home.
Head coach Tom Chamness said it was a game his team had to have.
“Our back was against the wall,” Chamness said. “We knew we couldn’t let TR get in the driver’s seat (in the region), so it was a big game for us.”
