New fishing tournament reels in 70 participants

More than 40 boats and 70 participants pushed off the banks into Lake Robinson Saturday morning during the Greer Centennial Lions Club’s inaugural bass fishing tournament.

“The tournament drew mainly local fishermen from Greer and the surrounding areas,” said Lions Club secretary Alison Rauch.
