Blue Ridge picked up its first region win last Friday, topping rival Travelers Rest, 32-20, to claim “the jug” and bragging rights.
The Tigers stormed out of the gate, taking a two score lead at 12-0. That lead did not last, however, as the Devildogs scored twice to go up 13-12.
Keeping its foot on the gas, Blue Ridge responded.
