Union tops Greer to claim region

Blame bad timing for wrecking Greer’s claim to another region football title when Union County chose Friday night to play its best game yet. Meanwhile while Greer remained in some disarray caused by injuries and youthful inexperience that enabled a 42-28 Union victory and the Region Two championship at the Union County Stadium.
