I want to get personal with this week’s column. I’m going to talk about my recent breakup.

Breakups are really, really difficult. You get to know someone on a deep level. You never think you’ll lose them.

Then, suddenly, out of nowhere, they’re gone.

My recent breakup is very fresh. I’m still reeling from it, honestly.
