Y’all, we have a social media problem.

Everyone knows this and we do nothing about it because we are addicted to it. Mindless, never-ending scrolling is now a fixture in our households, and it’s poisonous. I speak with authority on this topic because I am guilty. I am not judging you because I am, indeed, one of you.
