D5 Board appoints two new members

The Spartanburg District Five Board of Trustees is welcoming two new members. Following an application process, the Board of Trustees appointed Kevin Goode and Derek Watchorn to fill seats in District 5-2 and District 5-3, respectively.
Goode will fill a seat in District 5-2, left unfilled in the November election.
