In the winter of 2021, Northwood Middle was gifted the artwork from the Besharat Art Foundation of Atlanta, Georgia. The “Art in School” exhibition showcases portraits of renowned National Geographic photographer Steve McCurry.
Since its installation, many teachers have incorporated portraits into their curriculum.
