The theatre at which I saw “Nightcrawler” Thursday night had accidentally added an “S” to the end of the title.

The Greenville Little Theatre is bringing a popular southern comedy to the stage with its production of “Steel Magnolias.”

The remaining runs are Nov. 6-8 and 13-15 at 8 p.m., and Nov. 9 at 3 p.m. An additional matinee performance will be offered Nov. 8 at 2 p.m.

Furman Symphony
Orchestra starts Oct. 17
The Furman Symphony Orchestra will present its first concert of the season Friday, Oct. 17, at 8 p.m. in McAlister Auditorium on the Furman University campus.
Tickets are $12 for adults, $10 for seniors and $5 for students.
