A Hero’s 5K benefit concert and race to honor the fallen took place in downtown Greer last weekend. On Friday night during a concert, gold star mother Debby Whitsitt, who founded the event in memory of her son SPC. Geoffrey Whitsitt, joined organizers in presenting K9 Ander to a veteran.
