Two familiar names in the Upstate pageant scene are introducing a new contest while providing a scholarship opportunity and cementing their legacy in the industry.

Kevin McCall and Jared Hembree are the President and Vice President of the inaugural Miss South Carolina Volunteer Pageant set for Oct. 23 in Spartanburg.
