Taylors resident helps to restore cancelled show

Magnum P.I., which originally aired from 1980 to 1988, captured the attention of fans once again with the 2018 reboot starring Jay Hernandez as Thomas Magnum.
Earlier this year, after four seasons, CBS cancelled the show due to a disagreement with the lead studio Universal Television, according to deadline.com.
