Angela Bussey, daughter of Martha and James Bussey, announces her engagement to Alfred Capell, of Columbia, son of Eula and Juan Capell.
Bussey is a 1996 graduate of Greer High and 2013 graduate of Virginia College.
Capell is a 1977 graduate of CA Johnson High and Columbia College.
He is employed at Capell Mechanic as an auto mechanic.
The couple plan to be married on August 21, 2020, at Greer City Hall.
