Genobles - Crain

Alana Brooke Genobles, of Greer, became the bride of Seth Thomas Crain, of Greer, during a 5:30 p.m. ceremony conducted by Travis Henson on July 7, 2018 at Washington Baptist Church.

Indigo Hall in Spartanburg was the setting for the reception. White hydrangeas with white roses, white dendrobium and white delphinium decorated the venue where guests were served an Oakland Raiders groom’s cake.

A rehearsal dinner, hosted by Sonja Lipscomb, was held at Praise Cathedral in Greer, on Friday evening.

The former Miss Genobles is the daughter of Regie and Pam Genobles, of Greer, and granddaughter of Norma Hinton Lamm, of Lyman, and Homer Genobles, of Greer. She is employed by Palmetto Air and Water Balance, Inc.

The groom, son of Tommy Crain, of Greer, and grandson of Shirley Freeman, of North Carolina, is employed at Christ Church Episcopal School.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride was attired in an A-lined, hand embroidered gown by Eve of Milady and designed by Amalia Carrara. A deep illusion V-neckline featured beaded straps which flowed into a low back V-design. The cathedral-length train added a dramatic final touch. To complete the ensemble, she carried a bouquet of Vendela roses wrapped in white ribbon.

Alexis Hinton Furman, as matron of honor, stood with Maranda Morgan, Danielle Sumner, Abby Sentell, Chelsea Genobles and Hannah Karr, as bridesmaids.

They carried complementing bouquets of white hydrangeas with Vendela roses.

Payton Brown, as miniature bride, and Paizley Brown, as flower girl, joined the attendants.

Justin Moore, as best man, stood with Tommy Crain, Colby Thomas, T.J. Goldsmith, Blake Genobles and Justin Brown, as groomsmen. Easton Moore was ring bearer.

Asheton Hinton, Kyle Rowland, Kevin Rowland and Quann White ushered.

Wedding music was rendered by Dallas and Danielle Burnett.
