Mr. and Mrs. Dean Howell, of Greer, celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on Dec. 20 with a celebration with family and friends at Milford Baptist Church.
They are the parents of Billy, Jimmy, Tony and Robbie Howell.

They were married Oct. 2, 1964, at the Washington Baptist Church parsonage by the Rev.
Mr. and Mrs. Fred E. Crain, of 12 Silver Ridge Court, Greer, plan to celebrate their 69th wedding anniversary on Nov. 3, 2014. They were married on Nov. 1, 1945, in Greenville.
Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Fowler, of Greer, will celebrate their 70th wedding anniversary on Oct. 22, 2014. They are the parents of two sons, Bill and Jerry Fowler, both of Greer, two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Mr. Fowler is retired from Greenville County. Mrs.
Mr. and Mrs. Milford Clayton, of Greer, will celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary on Sunday, Sept. 28, with a celebration at the Drake House in Landrum with family members. In honor of this special occasion, flowers will be placed in the sanctuary at Apalache Baptist Church that day. The couple was married Oct. 1, 1949, in Greenville.
Stephen Groce and Vicky Rice Groce celebrated a milestone in their lives. They were married 32 years ago on Sept. 25, 1982.
Through the good times and the bad times, they held on, making their marriage a success.
Mr. and Mrs. Groce will enjoy an extended second honeymoon to Australia and New Zealand.
Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Earl Edwards, of Blue Ridge, celebrated their 68th wedding anniversary on August 31. They were married August 31, 1946, at Washington Baptist Church parsonage.
The couple has three children, Betty Fisher, Donald Edwards, and Tim Edwards; seven grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Melissa Irene Casey, of Greer, and Kevin Hunter Jackson, of Landrum, were united in holy matrimony by the Rev. Bob McCuen, during a 2 p.m. ceremony held on June 21, 2014, at Praise Cathedral Church of God in Greer.
Grace Hall in Greer, was the 2 p.m. setting on May 31, 2014, for the marriage of Mary Bethany McGee, of Greer, and Philip Edward Rush, of Thomaston, Georgia.
Performing the ceremony was the Rev. Tim Barton. A reception followed, also held at Grace Hall.
