Developers are heading to the Board of Zoning Appeals on Monday, Feb. 6, to seek a special exception for an apartment complex at Chandler Road and Memorial Drive Extension.

The project, which received final rezoning approval from Greer City Council last week, could bring up to 82 units on a little under 6.5 acres.
