City purchases Depot St. site

The City of Greer recently purchased a building in downtown Greer as part of Project Indy.
The property, which is owned by J-Max, LLC and is located at 268 Depot Street, was purchased at a price of $549,000. The 3,560 square-foot building sits on a 7,405 square-foot lot.
