Counties qualify for emergency USDA loans

Local farmers and ranchers can apply for U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) assistance due to excessive rain and flooding.
Spartanburg and Greenville Counties are eligible for USDA assistance as a result of a disaster designation declared for six primary counties in the state.
