Greer annexes, zones newly purchased site

The City of Greer recently purchased 4.56 acres at Chick Springs Road and South Suber Road as the site for a new fire station.
Greer City Council approved with a unanimous 7-0 vote the first reading of an ordinance to annex and zone the property R-2, Residential District, during the regular February 28 meeting.
