Greer resident Teresa Sanchez is calling a Greenville postal worker a hero for saving the life of her husband, Marcos Sanchez.
On January 19 at the Greenville P&DC (packing and distribution center), Marcus Sanchez, 69, suffered cardiac arrest while he was at work that Thursday morning.
