Makeover planned for Trade Street storefront

Improvements are coming to a vacant Trade Street storefront.
ELEV8T Properties is looking to renovate the exterior of 215 Trade Street, according to a proposal given to Greer’s Board of Architectural Review.
The board unanimously approved the exterior alterations Tuesday morning.
