Family members gathered last Friday as the Lyman Police Department dedicated a rose bush and plaque in memory of Connor Ethan Lloyd at the Victim’s Garden located beside Pacific Place at 59 Groce Road. A brief ceremony was followed by a prayer by Pastor Watson of New Jerusalem Baptist Church in Greer.
