Order of the Palmetto awarded to Stephens

James D. Stephens, Director of the Greenville Downtown Airport (GMU), has received the Order of the Palmetto.
On behalf of Governor Henry McMaster, the South Carolina Aeronautics Commission (SCAC) Chairman, Delphin A. Gantt, Jr. presented Stephens the award at the South Carolina Aviation Association Annual Conference on February 16.
