PAC to review Dobson Road site plan

The City of Greer’s Planning Advisory Committee (PAC) will review an apartment complex site plan on Thursday, Feb. 23, for Streams At Wade Hampton with access to N. Dobson Road.
The site plan for the 264-unit proposal on 24.57 acres is showing 528 parking spaces or two per unit; a clubhouse; a pool; an amenity area; and open space.
