Project raises concerns with local residents

The Greer Planning Commission approved a preliminary plat (PP 22-04) for a project that would bring 53 lots to property off Gap Creek Road.
The project raised concerns from local residents.
“That property has been undeveloped for over 40 years,” said Ken Peake, whose property borders a development near Riverdale.
