Rotary club celebrates charter, Christmas

A new rotary club in Greer celebrated its charter and Christmas last week.
Rotary District Governor Joyce Marin gave a short speech during the December 6 event at BeMi’s Event Venue, where the club received the charter and gathered for its Christmas party.
