State moving to vaccine Phase 1b

With more than one million doses of the COVID-19 vaccination now administered in South Carolina, the state is moving to Phase 1b.
Phase 1b of the vaccination plan will grant eligibility to anyone above the age of 55, people with increased risk for severe COVID-19 and some essential workers, including teachers and daycare workers.
