Wellford annexes 5.84 acres

Two 10,000-square-foot warehouse buildings are planned for 5.84 acres at 180 New Hope Drive, Wellford, following a council decision last week.
Wellford City Council held a special called meeting last Wednesday to annex and zone the property for I-1, Light Industry.
