Wellford approves rezoning

A new storage building is planned to replace one of the buildings located at 416 Old Spartanburg Highway.
Wellford City Council approved Tuesday, April 6, the First Reading of Ordinance No. 2021-0406Z-1 to rezone the property from R-1 Residential to C-1 Transitional Commercial. The owner is Atlantic Belmore, Inc.
