Greer Police Chief Dan Reynolds presented his final annual report to Greer City Council at the Feb. 28 meeting.
After more than a decade with the department, Reynolds will retire at the end of the month, handing the job off to Matt Hamby.
“He has served us well,” said Greer Mayor Rick Danner.
