A special Wellford Council meeting held Monday addressed the rezoning of several areas in the town to allow for mobile homes and to correct improperly zoned areas.
The “This is My Child” program at the Middle Tyger Community Center (MTCC) was awarded the United Way Program Excellence Award and was the recipient of a $45,500 grant for the education category.
