For nearly a quarter of a century, Greer High School graduates and attendees have been coming back to their hometown to reunite and relive the good old days. This year was no different.
Folks celebrated the Greer High School Oldies Reunion last weekend, visiting several spots in downtown Greer catch up.

Dorothy Gage spent years writing her story – she started writing in 1992.
“I put the book back. I didn’t think about it for a number of years. I had a cousin that lived in Maryland and came home one Thanksgiving and said, ‘Dot, where is your manuscript?’ I told her put it away because I’m not every going to get it published.”
Greer State Bank will recognize 237 Greer High School students for completing EverFi, a new online personal finance program. The Certification Ceremony will be held today (May 21), at 9:30 a.m. in the Greer High School auditorium.
Greer Community Ministries (GCM) received a $530 donation from Bill Hindman following the Susan Hester Hindman Memorial BBQ earlier this month. The annual event has brought in several thousand dollars for Meals on Wheels since Susan’s death in May 2003.
