The Nehemiah Community Revitalization Corporation was recently awarded a $100,000 Housing for Everyone Grant from the TD Charitable Foundation for its planned next phase of Draymont Place, located just outside the city limits of Spartanburg.

The Wellford Police Department is sponsoring up to 10 “in-need” Wellford children for Christmas through the Make a Difference Every Day (M.A.D.E.) program, a nonprofit overseen by Captain Tim Alexander that bridges the Police Department with the youth in the community.
